The Hidden Realm offers nationwide door-to-door shipping via FastWay Couriers.

While we endeavour to have your order processed, packed and shipped to you as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee a specific day your order will be shipped by or will arrive by.
Factors such as courier schedules, public holidays, or other unforeseeable external factors may on occasion also cause extended delays beyond our control. Should any such occasion occur, we will keep in contact with you regarding the status of your order.
We currently only ship to locations within South Africa.

Card Condition
Here in The Hidden Realm we love our cards! We take great care of them and strive to only stock cards of Near Mint to Lightly Played quality.
- Near Mint (NM)
Near Mint condition cards show minimal or no wear from play or handling and will have an unmarked surface, crisp corners, and otherwise pristine edges outside of minimal handling. Near Mint condition cards appear "fresh out of the pack," with edges and surfaces virtually free from all flaws.
- Lightly Played (LP)
Lightly Played condition cards can have slight border or corner wear, or possibly minor scratches. No major defects are present. Lightly Played condition foils may have slight fading or indications of wear on the card face.
We know how important it is for cards to be kept in good condition – not only for them to retain their value, but also as a matter of pride for those who play them. Few things are as disappointing as awaiting a special card for your prized deck, only for it to arrive in an unsatisfactory condition…
You won’t find that with us. Cards of less than Lightly Played quality are not added to our stock.
Returns
Even though all orders are handled with attention and care, should you receive an incorrect order from us, please notify us immediately.
Send us an e-mail detailing the fault, together with your order number, and a picture of the incorrect order (if applicable). We will strive to correct said issue as promptly as possible.
Please note: No returns or refunds on singles for any other reasons, other than an order error on our part, will be given
Order Changes or Cancellations
While all efforts are made to provide customer satisfaction, hiccups do occur.
The Hidden Realm endeavours to list card prices that are market related and fair. (We update our prices regularly from TCG Player)
However, in the event that a pricing error should occur due to a technical issue with the website – be it software or hardware – The Hidden Realm reserves the right to limit or cancel any part(s) of an order placed on the website.
Should such a scenario occur, TheHiddenRealm will contact you and offer either a refund, store credit or replacement card(s).
Should you the customer wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
